April 2010 CSA Drop-Offs

We want to let you know about a change we are making to our CSA program. Occasionally, we like to include organ meat in a monthly share. Ideally we publish a recipe to go with that although we haven't been too good about that yet. The idea behind this is to give our customers a chance to try something that you may not have been exposed to in the past. We realize that some of you are not interested in these items; for those customers we will offer the option of opting out of the organ meat items. Just drop us an email letting us know and we will note this in our records and we will replace these with and item of comparable value.

Our April CSA share drops will be on Saturday, April 17th for the Platteville to Hartland route. We will contact our LaCrosse customers directly to schedule the LaCrosse Drops.

The March 17th Platteville to Hartland route timing is as follows:
11:00 at Driftless Market in Platteville
noon at Dodgeville
2:00 at Health and Happiness in Hartland*
3:15 at Lake Mills
4:15 at HyVee in Madison
5:00 at Vilas Park in Madison
5:30 at Fitchburg (east of hwy 18 on PD/McKee Rd)

If you don't have a regular drop point, please email to let us know which drop site we will see you at. Note that we do skip drop offs at times if we do not have any customers meeting us at a drop that month.
