We will deliver to our LaCrosse customers on Saturday the 20th at the Cameron Park Winter market. Information on the winter market can be found at the end of this blog.
We will deliver to the Madison/Deerfield/Hartland area on Monday the 22nd. Our delivery plans are as follows:
- In Platteville at Driftless Market from 10 to 10:30
- In Hartland at Health & Happiness from 1 to 1:30
- In Deerfield at 2:15
- In the Vilas Park area of Madison from 3 to 3:15
- In at the Fitchburg PDQ (on PD just east of Hwy 151) from 3:45 to 4:15
The November full CSA contents are as follows:
- Two pasture raised white broilers
- One pkg of necks & backs for soups and stews
- One pkg of chicken breakfast links
- One pork shoulder roast
- One pkg of ground Italian sausage
- One pkg of pork chorizo
- One pkg of seasoned ground pork sausage
- One pkg of pork breakfast links.
The half CSA share contents are
- One pasture raised white broiler
- One pkg of chicken necks & backs
- One pkg of ckicken breakfast links
- One pkg of ground Italian sausage
- One pkg of pork chorizo
- One pkg of seasoned ground pork
The 1/4 CSA share contains:
- One pasture raised white broiler
- One pkg of chiken breakfast links
- One pkg of pork chorizo
- One seasoned ground pork
