We are delivering pasture raised hogs to Black Earth Meats for processing on Tuesday. Hogs need supplemental grain in addition to pasture. This batch of hogs was supplemented with GMO free, organically grown (but not certified), locally grown winter wheat. The costs is $2.50/lb for whole hogs and $2.65/lb for half hogs based on hanging weight.
