Turkeys. We have a few extra turkey that aren't spoken for. These are pasture raised Broad Breasted White breed turkeys. We will have them processed on Monday and deliver theme fresh, never frozen, on Wednesday. Because they aren't processed yet, we don't have exact weights but they aren't huge - we are estimating between 12 and 18 lbs. The cost will be $4.75 per pound. Please email if you are interested.
November Share Deliveries. CSA shares will be delivered on Wednesday along with the Turkeys. We will post times in a day or two.
