Coulee View January 2010 Planned Delivery

We are planning to deliver our CSA shares on Friday, January 8th



The January shares have been put together with a winter soup theme and the will include:

• Quarter CSA Shares
  - One 8pc cut-up slow growth pastured whole chicken for winter soup
  - One 2qt container of pastured chicken broth
  - One package of pastured chicken feet (for making the best chicken soup)
  - One package pork soup bones
  - One package of Italian pork sausage
  
• Half CSA Shares
  - One 8pc cut-up slow growth pastured whole chicken for winter soup
  - One 2qt container of pastured chicken broth for winter soup
  - One package of pastured chicken feet (for making the best chicken soup)
  - One package of BBQ chicken croquettes - a great winter comfort food
  - One package of ground chicken
  - One package of Italian pork sausage
  
• Full CSA Shares
  - Two 8pc cut-up slow growth pastured whole chicken for winter soup
  - Three 2qt containers of pastured chicken broth for winter soup
  - Two packages of pastured chicken feet (for making the best chicken soup)
  - One package pork soup bones
  - Two packages of BBQ chicken croquettes - a great winter comfort food
  - Two packages of ground chicken
  - Two packages of Italian pork sausage
  

Here is the tentative delivery schedule:
1:00 to 1:30 at the Driftless Market at Platteville where we will also be sampling our smoked chicken, chicken croquettes and chicken breakfast links.
3:00 to 3:30 at Fitchburg Commerce Park Lot on Hwy PD between the PDQ station and the Star Cinema
4:00 to 4:30 at Vilas Park in Madison
5:15 to 5:30 at Lake Mills
5:45 to 6:15 in Johnson Creek at the Pine Cone


Please email if you can't make it or if you will be at a different drop-off point that the one we normally meet you at.


We will also be in Madison on Sunday, 12/6 and could make deliveries then for those who 12/19 doesn't work out for.
