February 2010 CSA Drop-Off

We have now completed the first half year of our new meat CSA. A big thanks goes out to all our customers who have all been patient with us as we work out the details and logistics of CSA deliveries. As we get into this and continue to learn and improve, we will be making changes to improve our program.

A new goal that we have is to set up CSA drop-off locations that have cold storage. This will be helpful for those situations when our drop-off timing does not work our for our customers. We have a new drop off in Hartford, WI at Health & Happiness Natural Foods. Health & Happiness has a website at http://hhnaturalfoods.com/

We will also eliminate the Johnson Creek drop.

We will be delivering the February shares during the late afternoon / early evening of Wednesday, February 17 and Friday, February. We will add schedule details later.
