January 2011 Share Deliveries

Dean will be at the Midwest Value Added Ag conference in Madison on the 27th and 28th. We will work in delivery of the first shares of 2011 Fitchburg, Madison, Deerfield & Hartland on the 27th or 28th during this trip. With the cold weather, our hens are laying slowly, so we really needed to wait towards the end of the month for this delivery. The times will be posted to this blog later this week but it looks like the timing will be the evening of the 27th, or the morning of the 27th or 28th. Also note that the conference is at the Madison Sheraton Hotel, so that is a possible location to meet - let us know if that works better for you than the usual locations.

Thursday evening at Willy St and Vilas Park drops (times still tbd)
Friday (1/28) 5:45pm at Health & Happiness in Hartland

Friday (1/28) 7:30pm at Fitchburg PDQ (by Start Cinema)

• Ground Chicken or pork sausage or addtional boneless or bone-in breast depending on inventory

Half Share - More of of all of the above items plus a large Whole Red Broiler

Full Share - Even more of of the above plus:

• Smoked Pork Hocks
• Fresh Pork Hocks
