February 2011 CSA Share Information - Cell Phone Added

The February shares will be delivered as follows:
> LaCrosse - 2/12 at the Cameron Park winter market
> Madison, Fitchburg - 2/5 or 2/17 at the usual drops. Let us know if you want us to bring
your share on the Saturday the 5th, otherwise we will plan on delivering on the 17th.
> Deerfield, Hartland - 2/17

I will have my cell phone with me so call me on 608-306-1465 if there are any problems.

On Thursday 2/17, we will be at

• Fitchburg PDQ (by Star Cinema) from 6:45 am to 7:15 am
• Hartland at Health & Happiness from 5:15 pm to 5:45 pm
• Deerfield from 6:30 pm to 6:45 pm
• Madison Willy St from 7:30 pm to 7:45 pm
• Madison Vilas Neighborhood from 8 pm to 8:15 pm
• Fitchburg PDQ (again) from 8:30 pm to 9 pm

The contents of the February share are heavy on chicken as the pork inventory is currently quite low. The March shares will have more pork again.

• One small whole White Broiler
• Several boneless breasts
• One package of wings

Regular Shares

• A couple of whole White Broilers
• One cut-up White Broiler
• One package of necks & backs for soup
• One package of nitrate free smoked bacon

Large Shares

• One whole White Broiler
• One package of bone-in breast
• One large package of legs & thighs
• One package of necks & backs for soup
• A couple of packages of chicken feet for soup
  (really, this makes the best broth! Google "Chicken Feet Broth")
• One package of smoked pork chops
• One package of seasoned ground pork
• One package of nitrate free smoked butt bacon
• One package of pork bones
