Delivery Times. As posted earlier, Coulee View turkeys and November CSA shares will be delivered on Tuesday, November 24th. The timing for these deliveries will be as follows:
- Noon to 12:30 at Driftless Market in Platteville
- 2:45 to 3:00 in Hartland
- 4:15 to 4:45 at the Fairshare Office in Madison
- 5:00 to 5:30 at Apple Wellness in Fitchburg
Thanksgiving Turkeys: We still have a number of extra pasture raised turkeys available for Thanksgiving. Most of the available Broad Breasted White Turkeys are in the 20 pound range. The cost for the Broad Breasted White Turkeys is $4.85 per lb.
There are also a couple of Bourbon Red heritage turkeys available. These are smaller - about 10 lbs and the cost is $6.25 per lb.
These are freshly frozen birds as they were just processed this past Monday. They will be delivered on Tuesday with our November CSA shares.
