November greetings from Coulee View Family Farm. Unfortunately the forecast suggests that it will start to actually feel like November this weekend.
Thanksgiving Turkeys: We have a number of extra pasture raised turkeys available for Thanksgiving. Most of the available Broad Breasted White Turkeys are in the 20 pound range. The cost for the Broad Breasted White Turkeys is $4.85 per lb.
There are also a couple of Bourbon Red heritage turkeys available. These are smaller - about 10 lbs and the cost is $6.25 per lb.
These are freshly frozen birds as they were just processed this past Monday. They will be delivered on Tuesday with our November CSA shares.
